Set positive intentions for how you want things to be. Challenges give us contrast to gain clarity for what we want instead. Simple, gentle shifts in perspectives (thoughts, actions, visions) help you create more of what you want in your life. Notice what comes easily and go with the flow. Develop a daily relationship with gratitude for what already IS in your life. Reflect on five things that you are grateful for each day. Keep a journal. How you feel matters, choose what feels a little bit better and choose to let go that which does not. Practice forgiveness – You’ll feel better. Forgive the person, you do not have to forgive the action. Remember to be present – things just go better when we are where we are, instead of regretting what is in the past or worrying about what hasn’t happened yet in the future. Find ways to help you bring your mind, body and spirit into balance. Breathe – gentle, soothing, slow, deep breaths bring us back into alignment. Smile more, laugh more.
